"From the beginning, we most appreciated Lisa’s honesty and direct approach. Since this was our fifth home purchase, we thought we “knew it all” when buying a home. Boy, that was not the case! We wound up looking at over 70 homes and after 3 unsuccessful contract offers, we finally found our home (so we thought). After inspection, the seller did not want to meet our repair demands. The seller was also the listing agent which complicated things. We could tell that Lisa was having a difficult time with the seller’s unorthodox negotiation style and unwillingness to budge. Lisa re-arranged her schedule and met us there later in the afternoon. We were in the house 5 minutes and decided this was the one for us. Lisa pulled out her iPad and finalized the offer right in the living room. We also brought our laptops and MiFi, so we were able to complete our portion at the same time. Within a day of negotiations, there was an agreement. This time, the inspection went great and we settled within 30 days. We have been living in our dream home for over a month and this would not have been possible without Lisa’s hard work and persistence (and that honorary degree in Psychology). "
